Se.cure Coaching Experience

Se.cure coaching is a six-week coaching experience designed to create space for the life story of an emerging Indian leader. A journey that is firmly planted in the grander narrative of God- allowing for the freedom of voicing hard questions, creating systems that fuel the emerging leader, wrestling with the cost of leading from their stories, identifying safe spaces that fuel them, and stepping into the next right thing in life and leadership.

Who is my Coach?

Sabina Pappu, the founder of Se.cure, is passionate about helping emerging Indian leaders get curious and dive into the stories God has been writing in their lives. During one of her counseling classes at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, she learned that life stories inform us about the kind of lives we ought to live, a way of being that will fuel our minds, bodies, and souls.

She has been uniquely gifted to listen with a learner’s heart, always curious and unafraid to ask the hard questions for growth. After she graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2022, she felt the Lord nudging her to work towards creating a space for emerging leaders to get secure in the character of God, and to slowly see cure in their own life story. The vision was clear: to become a Se.cure leader, one has to be secure in the character of God and, out of that, find healing in their own stories.

Sabina’s journey has been shaped by leaders who mastered their offline lives to be influential leaders. Over the past ten years, she has been cultivating the art of service, active listening, leadership development, and storytelling in her own life. She is eager to share her experiences and work with you!

  • Testimonial: Sabina as a Coach

sabina is safe - she’s uniquely curated a space for the person who doesn’t trust and also doesn’t know how. She knows how to ask thoughtful and provoking questions and never rushes to speak. In my coaching experience with her she always took time to respond instead of react to what I was saying and she was so prayerful and intentional with me!

  • On sharing life stories with your coach:

Sharing life stories is hard - especially when it’s someone you just met. However, there was little pressure to share but only an expectancy for honesty. With coaching, I learned how to communicate my story in light of God’s eyes and my story through what I’ve been through.

  • On creating new systems for your life:

When learning anything new, there is a long period where you learn to implement it. Sabina gave me so many ways to practically and spiritually move through life in unique ways so that I’d stay rooted and planted in truth. It’s not easy, but it’s good to have specific systems in my life that I can turn to when I need it most.
